Poezia asta se-ntampla sa fie favorita-mi si-s convins ca nu-s singurul. In cazul meu, preferinta nu se bazeaza pe un studiu exhaustiv al operei lui cummings. Pur si simplu, asta-i prima poezie a lui pe care-am citit-o (mai degraba auzit-o), si-am ramas cu ea.
Inainte sa sari in interpretari, se pare ca strazile sus-numite chiar au existat in orasul sau natal. Tatal sau, cu care poetul avea o relatie foarte apropiata, obisnuia sa mestereasca tot timpul ceva, deseori masina.
